Required Miss Northern International Global Finals Required Fees:
You are accepting a Miss Northern International state appointed title and agreeing to pay for the required fees to attend the Miss Northern International Global Finals, November 13-15, 2026, at the Ohio Event Center in Newark, Ohio. Required fees include the $600 finals registration package, $150 ad page, $50 auction donation, and a $25 required tee shirt. The finals registration deposit is required before the custom crown and sash ships. The custom order takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
By submitting the registration:
As the parent or legal guardian completing this form on behalf of a contestant under the age of 18, or as the Miss Northern International contestant if age 18 or older, I confirm that the contestant is a citizen of the United States or Canada, meets all applicable age requirements, and is eligible to participate. Eligibility is limited to contestants who are biologically female or were assigned female at birth. Participation in any Miss Northern International event constitutes agreement to and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. I understand and acknowledge that all payments made to Miss Northern International are non-refundable.
Miss Northern International is a system built on the foundation of Kindness First Always and service to others. MNI is a sisterhood committed to working together to complete meaningful service initiatives and make a positive impact in our communities and beyond. All titleholders are expected to maintain a Kindness First Always attitude and represent their titles and the Miss Northern International organization with professionalism, kindness, and respect. These expectations also apply to parents, legal guardians, and family members who participate in or attend Miss Northern International events, activities, and functions. Disrespectful behavior, bullying, harassment, or negative or inappropriate comments or conduct, including behavior on social media, will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification or immediate dismissal from the Miss Northern International organization. If dismissal or disqualification occurs, the contestant may be required to surrender her official Miss Northern International sash and crown to the Director.
Contestants and their parents or legal guardians agree to release and hold harmless Miss Northern International, LLC, its owner, directors, employees, judges, volunteers, sponsors, representatives, and agents from claims arising from theft, accident, loss, injury, or damages associated with participation in any Miss Northern International event, activity, or function, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Miss Northern International, LLC reserves the right to modify the date, location, schedule, competition details, or other aspects of an event or pageant if minimum participation requirements are not met or if unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the organization’s reasonable control require such changes.
In the unfortunate event of the death of Stacey Mulinex, sole owner of Miss Northern International, LLC, should the organization be unable to continue operations or fulfill a future event, any unused fees previously paid toward that event will be donated to a local charitable organization selected by Stacey Mulinex’s family. The donation will be made in memory of Stacey Mulinex and in honor of the mission she established through Miss Northern International: Kindness First Always.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles of Ohio or any other state or country.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the rules, regulations, policies, and expectations set forth in this agreement and agree to abide by them throughout my participation with Miss Northern International.
