MISS JINGLE BELL HOLIDAY PAGEANT

Celebrate the magic of the season at the Miss Jingle Bell Holiday Pageant, a delightful extravaganza filled with festive cheer! This charming event offers every participant the chance to shine, with each contestant awarded a sparkling crown and a delightful holiday gift to cherish. To join in the festivities, you must be a resident of either the United States or Canada. Please keep in mind that all fees paid to participate are non-refundable.

The age division is determined by the age of the contestant on the date of the pageant December 6, 2025.

HOLIDAY WEAR: Showcase your style in your favorite holiday or party outfit! Please make the walking routine fun, upbeat, and bring on the smile. Two stops are allowed near the front of the stage.

EVENING GOWN: Wear a floor length gown of choice for this elegant and graceful event. The Tiny Princess Division may wear a knee length cupcake style dress.

COMMUNITY SERVICE: Make a donation to support the Fairfield Area Humane Society. Items needed include cat litter, Purina Dog or Puppy Chow, Purina Cat or Kitten Chow, canned dog food, dog toys, cat toys, dish soap, trash bags, Pine Sol Floor Cleaner, new blankets (the small fleece throws are the perfect size). The overall five contestants that contribute the most will be honored with a plaque. The contestant that goes above and beyond with this project will be crowned as the Jingle Bell Service Excellence Queen.

MISS JINGLE BELL CROWNING

Every contestant will be celebrated with a crown and gift, acknowledging their hard work and dedication. The overall winner in each age division will earn the prestigious title of Miss Jingle Bell, complete with a custom sash and crown. Additional crowning awards, such as the overall Grand Supreme, will be recognized with the highest scores. The judges will also highlight exceptional talents through special side awards.

We hold our contestants and their families to the highest standards of morals and ethics, fostering an environment where respect and positivity flourish. Every delegate, parent, and guest are expected to embody kindness in all interactions. Disrespectful behavior—such as negative comments or bullying—will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the event. MISS JINGLE BELL ELIGIBILITY RULES

The date of the Miss Jingle Bell Pageant determines the competing age for each contestant. You must be a citizen of the United States or Canada, a natural born female, and have an exceptional and upstanding character. A kindness first always attitude is important. Additional qualifying factors for age divisions:

Miss Division Ages 20-30 (never married).

JUDGES AND SCORING PROCESS

Each judge scores separately and the tabulation is processed by the Judges Chairman to determine the overall winner for each age division. In the event, a judge would every personally know a contestant, they will waive their right for judging, and an average of the other judges will stand for scoring. The MNS Owner and Director ensures this process has high ethical standards to ensure there is a consistent, fair, and equitable judging process. The judges' comments will be emailed within 10 days following the event.

HAIR AND MAKEUP RULES

Miss Jingle Bell is a natural pageant system opportunity. We encourage all girls to show their natural beauty. It is at your discretion how you choose to style your hair and makeup. It is encouraged for the Junior Division contestants to not use heavy makeup. Light makeup and hair extensions in the younger divisions are allowed.

PROFESSIONAL STYLIST

Danielle Boyers, Studio Chooielle if the official stylist for this event. If you are interested in professional hair and makeup services contact Danielle at studiochooielle@gmail.com to book. A $25 deposit is required.

DRESSING ROOM

Each contestant is allowed to have one female chaperone in the dressing room. There are absolutely no males allowed in the dressing room. No photos or videos are allowed in the dressing room. Curling irons, flat irons, or any hot hair tools are only permitted in the restroom areas. Steamers are allowed in the dressing room.

EVENT ADMISSION

Admission for the Miss Jingle Bell can be purchased at the door the day of the event for $25 each. Cash, Venmo, or PayPal is accepted. Children age 5 and under are free admission. If you are visiting royalty from any system and are wearing your sash the admission is only $10.

AUCTION EVENT

Each contestant is asked to contribute a themed basket or donation with a retail value of $25 or more to enhance our fundraising efforts. Let your creativity shine with ideas such as a delightful holiday basket, family game night basket filled with classic board games and snacks, a pet lover’s basket packed with toys and treats for furry friends, or a beauty-themed package overflowing with pampering essentials. Purses and adorable backpacks filled with fun, kid-friendly items are wonderful choices too! Please turn in your donation December 6, 2025, at registration. The auction winners will be announced at the Miss Jingle Bell. Thank you for your generous contribution to make this event a success!
